Telephone conversation

    Set expressions:

         Moshi moshi,           -san no otaku desu ka?
         Kochira wa           to mooshimasu ga, ...

    Extra-polite:

         Shitsuree desu ga,           -san wa irasshaimasu deshoo ka?
         Ima chotto dekakete orimasu ga, ...
    
         Shitsuree-shimashita.
         Gomen kudasai.

    Clarity and appropriate information:

         Kochira wa Yooku-Daigaku no Oota to mooshimasu ga, seerusu no Katoo-san wa
         irasshaimasu ka?

    Chiming-in:

Adjectival Nouns (AN): a.k.a. NA-nominals

     kiree/genki/shizuka/hima/kekkoo/dame/shitsuree/daiji/hen...

    AN + na + Noun: shizuka-na heya/ Hima-na toki ni denwa o kudasai.

    AN + ni + Verb: shizuka-ni hanasu/ Chichi wa genki-ni shigoto o shite imasu.
